Robert Mroz is the Founder of HY-TEK Bio. He oversees the strategic direction of the company. Bob is CEO and chairs the Executive Committee; He holds the intellectual property that allows HY-TEK Bio to mitigate greenhouse gases and has advanced the company's development with other complementary technologies. He holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland College Park in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Computer Science and has spent 40 years developing and successfully managing large technology projects.

Prior to starting HY-TEK Bio, Bob excelled in both the public and private sectors, first with a successful 30-year career with the FCC as Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Baltimore-Washington District, being promoted to Director of the FCC's Advanced Technologies Group located in Columbia, Maryland, before retiring in 1997, and then by creating and growing a performance-based technology company, HY-TEK, Ltd., which developed sports software for competitive Swimming and Track & Field with 59,000 Customers in 36 countries and a successful software product, FIREARMS MANAGER Pro (FMPro), that manages Professional Weapons Training Programs for Law Enforcement, Military and Industrial Security organizations worldwide.

Carolyn Mroz Chief Financial Officer

Carolyn Mroz is Chief Financial Officer of HY-TEK Bio and a member of the Executive Committee. As CFO, Carolyn oversees the company's financial strategy, business support, analysis, audit, and tax functions. Prior to joining HY-TEK Bio, Carolyn served as the chairman of the American Banking Association's America's Community Banker Council, during which she represented the interests of hundreds of small banks throughout the U.S.

Carolyn was President of Bay Vanguard Bank in Baltimore, MD, where she directed the management of more than $225M in assets while engaging in community and legislative affairs. Carolyn's dual expertise in financial and advocacy matters has been critical to advancing HY-TEK Bio. Carolyn received her BA from the University of Maryland College Park.

Andrew Straka Principal

Andy is a certified electrician, certified welder, and expert in the fabrication of all materials. Andy's broad expertise in all phases of plumbing, water-tight containment, and marine construction (with a specialty in waterproofing) is critical to the operational efficiency of the mitigation process.

Pat brings both legal and political advocacy to HY-TEK Bio's team, and his experience as an F-22 Fighter Pilot in the Virginia Air National Guard brings management and leadership skills in both technical and industrial processes.

Pat is a Member of the Bar in Washington, DC, and several other states, was President of a notable software development company, and currently practices real estate law in his own company. His guidance and broad scope knowledge are highly regarded and provide valuable expertise to the HY-TEK Bio team.

Ed Weinberg Consulting Support
President - ESSRE

Ed and ESSRE have been supporting HY-TEK Bio for years and bring a level of expertise in Chemical Engineering, Bio Remediation, and outstanding history of real-life experiences in mitigating hazardous materials, landfill digestate, nutrient extraction, filtration techniques, farm runoff issues, and general engineering knowledge. His work with unique nanotechnology for mitigation of Phosphorus provides valuable knowledge in the
HY-TEK Bio process of extracting valuable nutrients from chicken and poultry manure for feeding our algae.

Ed is well known in the industry due to his extensive speaking engagements. His support to HY-TEK Bio over the years has been invaluable, and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Ed and ESSRE.
